The proposal is entirely in place.A lot of bad memes are covering the good ones there in channal right now and everyone posting anything just to say they posted something there in meme channel.
I am in the minority here by voting no. Yes, an effective moderation has to be implemented quickly.
But I don’t like the way this topic is brought up and written.
I would have preferred to see a discussion rather than someone relatively new here wanting to self-asign a moderator role.
My vote is yes. I miss those Bizonacci days with he Boggs, Sminem and Wojak. Those were some real quality memes imo. 
So long as there’s no teargas or BORTAC involved and L & O is a dank meme, I agree.
