Proposal Title
Strategic Social Media and Marketing Campaign for Garden DAO
About Me
Hello, my name is Vermeer. I have been a core contributor at Gitcoin for a year, serving as the social media lead and spearheading content marketing for both Gitcoin and Schelling Point. My responsibilities have ranged from project management and event planning to community management and managing Twitter Spaces.
Proposal Description
This proposal outlines my strategic approach to ensure a successful marketing rollout for the alpha testing of V2. This marketing strategy will focus on a campaign that is informative, engaging, and has consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Prior Experience Supporting This Strategy
In my roles as a social media lead and community manager, I have successfully planned, deployed, and managed effective marketing strategies that enhanced brand presence and user interaction.
Example 1: Working collaboratively, we achieved a significant milestone as the impressions on Gitcoin’s Twitter account increased from 5.3 million to 5.8 million, representing a growth of 0.5 million impressions or 9.43% during my time there.
Example 2: Organizing Twitter Spaces during Grant Rounds that resulted in a 20 percent increase in audience engagement during each round.
