I guess I keep missing the registration. I thought I was registered for today, because it said that after I claimed yesterday, but then I couldn’t claim today. Like I said, its glitchy so I don’t know if $0.30 is worth all the trouble…but right now I’ve about broke even…

And I have yet to get any response from any telegram support.

I do not understand people who complain about the rates, is it an obligation to make a claim? I do it because it seems to me an interesting project and that I see a lot of future for it and I am happy to be able to help and to be given the opportunity to participate!!

Hello friends, I have been with this problem for 2 days and it does not allow me to make a claim, the registration operation yes. How can I solve it?
I had a similar problem but it was letting me claim but not register. Apparently, it was just a UI bug, check the blockchain to see if the transaction actually went through or not. I also went to the Rare Telegram group and they let me know that Brave has been having bugs like this but they are working on a patch for it.

I have the same problem with one of my wallets, cant claim with it… Its same error.

i may be wrong, but i understood the point is to have single wallets claiming. i didn’t try for any other one i have, but i thought it was not possible. @pauly any idea on this?
It’s basically based on the honour system right now. There is no mechanism in place to prevent, or make it harder for people to have multiple accounts claiming. The 10 cent fee doesn’t really achieve this and the unique captcha implemented only deters bots from claiming (in a way that I don’t fully understand). Basically if you are willing to put in the time to collect and register I think you can theoretically have infinite accounts claiming. Although at some point the 10 cent fee will break even with the rewards as calculated by todays market value for Rare.

After 2 days you can make a claim !! Gas Gwei 2 Gas Limit 21000

Just change the gas to 1. When you register it will be .1 xDai so make sure you claim it the next day after that you will have 24hrs claim it.

yeah, it appears that people could claim in countless wallets. Not the best if you ask me.
I know brightID is not the easiest way, but it certainly more fair. I agree with you @CurlyBracketEffect that it’s about the “honor” or that it may not be worth the hassle due to the 10cent fee, but I guess this doesn’t really stop people.
In a way, for the sustainability of the project, I think that a better system should be in place. BrightID does its job, maybe there are other solutions to limit this problem that may be worth investigating.

Maybe I did not explain it well, my English is not really good. I use several wallets and each one for a different network, ETH, BTC, BSC and xDAI network. The one I use for the xDAI network does not let me claim the RARI token.

Every time I want to swap the RARE token, I have to approve the RARE contract in order to swap. Why ?
