24 hours. After registration ends, the claim button will exist for around 24 hours. Its not exact, since it’s based on block time but averages out to that. It’s also stated in the popup before registration!

Once the cycle ends each day, someone needs to trigger the event which restarts the registration cycle. Since it’s random time each day, that person who is waiting to get their first claim is actually providing a service. If luck is in your favor, you will see a red bounty button appear at the end of the daily cycle. If you sign the message and it succeeds, you will currently get a 3x the current claim reward in rare.
