Proposal Information

Proposal description:
Refill the Fluid Proposals Aragon Agent with 1000 HNY to resume funding streams to 1Hive contributors. Currently the Agent is dry and streams have stopped.

To do this, funding from the Common Pool will go to a Gnosis Safe of active 1Hive contributors to be wrapped as HNYx in Superfluid and sent to the Aragon Agent currently paying out Fluid Proposals.

This funding should last 1-2 months at the current Fluid Proposals parameter settings.

Proposal Rationale

In June 1Hive funded Fluid Proposals with 936 HNY that had originally been approved as Retroactive Funding to 1Hive contributors through Harvest:

Hello! I propose we fund this Harvest round using Fluid Proposals as @sem suggested originally: Given how few active contributors there are right now this will be way easier to run than the very manual approach I set up in Season 1 (signaling proposals + manual multisig transactions from Superfluid). To make this happen we’d just need to: Upgrade HNY in Harvest multisig (Safe{Wallet} – Assets) to HNYx Send HNYx to Fluid Proposals agent (Contract Address 0xbbe952af0c37cf15f9d9ea18f1dcf6513a…

Since then 7 Fluid Proposals have been created or reactivated and streamed HNY up until the Agent ran out of funding. All but one of these proposals is for individual contributors at 1Hive:

• Kev
• Gabi

2 other Fluid Proposals are live but haven’t reached the minimum support needed to start streaming:

• Quests Swarm
• Mati

Approving this proposal will restart these streams, which helps 1Hive:

1. Reward contributors for their work so they’ll keep doing it.
2. Continue the flow of HNY to active contributors - the people most likely use the governance function of HNY to help grow, evolve, and maintain 1Hive going forward.

We now have a Gnosis Safe of 1Hive contributors with an active Fluid Proposal with minimum support needed for a HNY stream (3 of 6 signers right now), which we’ll use for this proposal: Safe{Wallet} – Dashboard

For now we’ll manually add/remove Owners as new Fluid Proposals reach minimum support / existing proposals fall below minimum support or are removed/disputed. We can automate this at some point with a custom module on Zodiac.

The point of this is to have a Safe of active contributors, since 1Hive struggles with funds being spread across lots of different Safes with inactive Owners.
