Repayment for Honey spent to upgrade the 1Hive Protocol

Proposal description:
To upgrade the 1Hive protocol required creating a vote in the previous 1Hive DAO. To create a vote on the old DAO requires a payment of 5 Honey each. This was to prevent spamming of new votes. Ultimately I created and paid for 5 votes as can be seen in this post and copied below.
Vote 1 transaction initial vote for upgrading the DAO.
Vote 2 transaction created because the first vote would fail as it didn’t grant permission to voting to transfer vault funds although it needed to transfer vault funds.
Vote 3 transaction the same as vote 2 but submitted about a week after the previous vote to delay launch should we need to.
Vote 4 transaction the same as vote 2 but submitted another week later after previous to delay launch.
Vote 5 transaction To transfer the remaining Vault Honey to the new DAO, which has completed successfully.
Proposal Rationale
This was a necessary payment in order to upgrade the 1Hive infrastructure.
