yes, this is the metaphor now, and it has flaws:
bees are vulnerable,
food coins mood are cannibals of liquidity,
a hive is closed for different species,

Forest/Tree/Leaf/Green I think can fix it.

Pls take in account the very risky to be included in this food coin mood just due the name. Forest/Tree/Leaf/Green is just one option.
We can decide first to change the name and than look for one better.
I think the name should:

  • avoid food
  • avoid ethereum but evoque solidity
  • avoid vulnerable animals
  • evoque blockchain qualities:
    descentralization, open, robust, fast, cheap

If the tone does not improve I will have to lock the thread which I do not want to do, because I think it is fair that you are expressing your opinion, but you have to do it in a manner (and that goes for other people in the thread as well) that is not toxic or demeaning. We can disagree but we have to keep it respectful and civil.

I think, this is too far to change the core idea, maybe another project.
But anyway, sushi, burger, cream, food, honey, tree…that’s all the same kind of naming. Honey is the best part of it, Hive sounds good for global brand, doesn’t?
Finally, doesn’t matter the label, quality of content matters.

Hi all, good discussion but I think most agree that this proposal doesn’t have enough votes to pass. So I am going to lock this thread, so we can all focus on other proposals.
