I believe the plan is for Celeste (instance of Aragon Court) to handle disputes like this. That could potentially be way better. And one side effect is that cases that are brought up are only seen by the jurors that are called. Unless it keeps getting appealed, in which case more and more people in the DAO will see it. Which I think is good. While I think this thread is kinda great in a way, and 1Hive moderation seems to be on point generally, this is only a temporary solution.
While I definitely think Celeste will be useful in this case because it will provide a formal, decentralized, and fair way to handle disputes… it’s not the case that information associated with a dispute would be any more private.

I was reading the thread and funny to see my name is on the radar. I will be honest here I do not know how many people I have pulled into this awesome community and its my right to help them, and if they are fan of my shitty work 
guess am here. Honestly I havent even tracked who liked my stuff more.
Do I know him personally Yes and No. I pulled him from a random conversation about HoneySwap and dont know him. He came to discord and pinged for help. I did push him to right channels if I am not wrong.
Yes I pulled him to discord since I pulled him to recieve faucet and gave him 0.05 xDai to begin with

He wouldnt bump me openly if he wants to hide he is my friend now !
Anyways thanks they did reconsider this as a friendly case, And I am glad. This is good so we find the loopholes and identifies bots and farmers.

Which rules are potential user breaking and how?: It seems pretty clear these users are breaking rule #2 since we can notice a suspicious amount of reactions on each other messages.

It’s pretty clear to me due to the low quality of these posts that are receiving a bajillion reactions from the same people (stuff like “goodnight everyone”) that this is clique/like trading behavior. This also is the 2nd time simon black has been reported for this kind of behavior. I will go ahead and deactivate simon black this coming week. I don’t think there’s really much chance of appeal given the repeating tendency of this kind of suspicious and cliquey behavior.
I think we will also permanently revoke cred minting rights on discord. If we can implement this rapidly, discord cred minting rights will be revoked for all reported and disabled folks in this thread. This should automatically get rid of cred for other members of the clique, but if problems persist we will disable some of them too.
