This proposal is to fund the Gardens Swarm DAO: Aragon
Proposal Rationale
Gardens is working on the generalization of the DAO design of 1Hive. The proposal will allow continuing the development we started with our first proposal.
We keep track of the hours and funds spend during this time in the following document: Gardens Hours - Google Sheets.
The artifacts we worked on during this time were:
We also onboarded a few key communities close to 1Hive that are in the process of testing their Garden before going to production. The communities are Agave, Giveth, BrightId, and Beezu.

More detailed description of how funds will be handled and used:
A portion of the amount requested will be used to reimburse 90 hours of work already done.
Payments will be made in HNY at the $ value at the time of the hours completed, once every 2 weeks.
With the data we gather during the last two months, we expect a burning rate of $16k/month for the whole team to function. We are requesting enough funds for a runway of 2 months + reimbursement for the previous work done.
