Summarizing Farms And Current Situation
Honeycomb is where 1hive users can access yield farming. Yield farming provides passive income in the form of honey. The goal of yield farming is to increase liquidity and volume on Honeyswap. Using data analysis, we found that yield farming has caused a decrease in honey price which can be explained by the high issuance of the farming pools. In funding multiple farms with lower issuance, we can better capture liquidity and volume without having a strong sell pressure. The community has created a proposal to fund farms using these methods to optimize resources.
